So with a very success year of university behind me I get a little time to myself and play around with a few new toys before the next term. I picked up up some Golden: Open Acrylic paints which are a slow drying acrylic as I wanted to have the option for a longer chance to blend my colors. So far I noticed they do indeed last longer, I tend to lay the paint on thin because im a fan of glazing but i would say I get about an hour or two before they dry to an unworkable state (on canvas). I also picked up a Masterson's Painter Palette which keeps the paint you didn't use on your palette fresh for days, I highly recommend it and will post a link

Well looks like it's official, somehow the universe looked the other way long enough for me to fall back into school! I can not wait to start, despite being terribly nervous, it's been a long time since I was last in school and first time in a university. I am taking a 3yr design and illustration program, I really need to bump my game up if I want to illustrate professionally. I will keep posting my work on here, and wish you all a good day!
